Off-season stay: rest guaranteed
Attention, no off-season formula in 2020 due to Covid19 pandemic.
Staying off season at our campsite in the Dordogne is a great way to benefit most deeply from the tranquillity of nature, a perfect way to relax, forget everyday stresses and recharge your batteries. And yes, you might be our only customers!
From April 1 to June 9 and from September 16 to November 1, we offer you the “off-season stay” package.
During this period, when the weather is often fine, you will find our campsite in “rest” mode. And there will only be the birds to wake you up in the morning.
Calm and rest on the programme ...
Our usual facilities are not open off-season, i.e. no pool, grocery store or bar, but your Mobile Home or Canada Comfort Lodge provides you with all you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. And if you decide to stay in your own tent, caravan or campervan or in our Canada Classic Lodge, you will find a corner specially designed for you in our sanitary block.
As we also live on site, we are never far away should you need anything. We remain at your disposal for tourist information, hiking advice or your reservations for visits or restaurants.
Also, visiting out of season allows you to visit the Perigordean sights in peace.
... for a very small price!
During the off-season, you will only pay 30€ per night for your camping stay in the Dordogne! This price includes the rental, water, gas and electricity for 4 people maximum (supplement of 3€/day for the 5th person). In addition, you can take advantage of our special offer: if you stay 7 nights, you will only pay for 6! A stay of a full week will therefore only cost you 180€!
A stay at Canada Classic Lodge (without sanitary facilities) will only cost you 25€ per day or 150€ per week. For two people staying on a pitch, the price is 15€ per day.

Minimum length of your stay
To benefit from these advantageous rates, we ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights. You will be able to freely choose your arrival and departure days.
For hikers, cyclists or horse riders, who want to spend only one night at our campsite, or for people participating in a family gathering in the village, we sometimes make an exception to this 3-night minimum rule. In this case, we will apply a different rate. Contact us to tell us about your project and together we will find out how to realise it.
Rental conditions
Arrival and departure days free (minimum 3 nights). Arrival from 4 P.M. – Latest departure time: 10 A.M. For off-season stays, hours of arrival and departure are also flexible.
Balance due for rental fees is payable 20 days before arrival. On arrival a deposit of 200 € against possible damage + 100 € against necessity of further cleaning will be required.
A few agreements
Reservation for a stay in this period is mandatory.
All Mobile Homes or Lodges must be left perfectly clean. Our rentals are non-smoking. Dogs are allowed (on payment and subject to conditions). Do not forget to mention them when booking.
There is no extra charge for a small tent pitched on a rental site, but the total number of people on the site must not exceed the maximum capacity of the rental.
